We are a group of OD specialists and business practitioners who have a reputation for implementing learning and managing complex organizational change. We work closely with your people to achieve the following:
- Define desired outcomes in behaviourial terms
- Undertake research in the organization to establish and differentiate 'needs' from 'wants'
- Test for understanding by interviewing key people and top team sponsors
- Present proposals and options based on our research and outline the strategies and benefits that will accrue to the business
- Manage the implementation of required 'changes' working closely with internal consultants and facilitators
