Distance Selling
In accordance with the Distance Selling regulations you have the right to a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the goods if they do not meet the specified product description.
Being Helpful
Any goods proving to be faulty after the 7 day period will of course be exchanged.
And if you believe that any part of the product is missing anything then please contact us so that we may help you to resolve the issue.
What We Do Not Do
We only send goods out on approval or inspection after communication with the client. Inspection copies of products may be ordered at full listed purchase price plus postage and packing. We will refund 50% of the full purchase price on return of the product. Evaluation of our products can be undertaken at our travelling road-shows and conferences.
